Customers’ goods. 9.1 It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the Customer's Goods are tested or inspected and are suitable for use by Arena in the performance of the Services. The Customer shall arrange at his expense and risk the delivery of the Customer's Goods to Arena. Arena shall not be liable for any damage or deterioration to equipment or samples caused by the inherent nature of the testing done.
