DAMAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT. The $100 Damage and Cleaning Deposit will serve as a combination damage, cleaning, and room checkout deposit. The deposit is held as long as the Resident remains on the list for assignment or lives in a University residence hall. This deposit will cover the cost of any damage (except for normal wear and tear) that occurs prior to the Resident’s official checkout. This deposit will also cover the cost of any cleaning required to restore the Resident’s room to the condition which existed at the time of the Resident’s check-in. In cases where damage or cleaning costs exceed the deposit, the Resident will be billed for the additional amount. A refund of the deposit, less any housing charges and pending official checkout from the xxxx, xxxx be made when the Resident has met all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Resident does not apply for housing for the next academic year. This balance of the deposit should be refunded about six to eight weeks after the close of the Agreement period for occupancy.
DAMAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT. The Tenant shall deposit $ 0 with the Landlord to cover the cost of any damages to or cleaning required of the Premises and/or Landlord. The funds shall be returned to the Tenant upon the termination of this rental agreement if there are no damages or clean-up required as determined by the Landlord. The Tenant shall check out at a time pre-approved by the Landlord if they want to be present when the Landlord inspects the Premises and determines what is damaged or needs cleaned.
DAMAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT. A refundable damage and cleaning deposit of $100 will be charged for all events. All or a portion of this deposit may be forfeited if facility use time exceeds contracted rental period, if the facility is not adequately cleaned by end of rental period, of if any damage is done to CCC property.
DAMAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT. Damage/ Cleaning Deposit of £100 per commercial one off lettings will be payable at the point of booking to cover the potential costs of cleaning or making repairs for damage caused during the hire period. The Academy reserves the right to retain the deposit should the Hire Agreement be breached. If damages caused by the hirer exceeds the £100 deposit, the hirer will be expected to pay the remaining amount.
