End of Rental. The end of the rental is defined by the return of the Vehicle and of its keys to the rental counter. This must be done to a uniformed Maun Motors employee and under no circumstances should you give the keys to any person present at the Maun Motors location and who you assume or who purports to be a Maun Motors employee. If you do not return the vehicle on time you are breaking the conditions of this agreement. The Lessor can charge you for every day or part-day that you have the vehicle after it should have been returned. Until the vehicle is returned, we will charge you the standard daily rate. End of Rental. At the End of the Rental You must: (a) return the Vehicle: (i) in the same condition it was in at the Start of the Rental, fair wear and tear excepted; and (ii) with a full tank of fuel; (b) pay: (i) the balance of the Rental Charges, including any charges fro excess kilometres (if any); (ii) the Damage Excess if there is Damage or Third Party Loss as a result of an Accident or the Vehicle is stolen; (iii) any costs We incur, including extra cleaning costs under clause 5.5(b), in reinstating the Vehicle to the same condition it was in at the Start of the Rental, fair wear and tear excluded; (iv) for all Damage arising from a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; (v) for all Overhead Damage; (vi) for all Underbody Damage; and (vii) for any Damage caused by the immersion of the Vehicle in water.

Any equipment or accessory not returned will be the Renters’s responsibility to replace at the current plublished rate in effect and current retail price per accessory. It is further agreed that Rentor and its designee shall be the only parties authorized to remove the rented equipment.

End of Rental. The end of the rental is defined by the return of the scooter/equipment and any keys and accessories to the MexicoMobility® pick up location as agreed in the rental agreement. If the scooter/equipment is returned without its key or accessories you will be charged for the cost of the replacement. Under no circumstances will MexicoMobility® accept any liability for articles that may have been left with the scooter/equipment at the end of the rental. You agree that these costs will be charged to your credit/debit card lodged with MexicoMobility® requiring no additional authorization. In some specific cases and Hotels locations and for customer convenience (to use the scooter up the last minute to be able to reach their shuttle before departing the Hotel) MexicoMobility®will authorize by the phone or by e mail that the scooter or wheelchair or any other type of rented equipment is left at the Concierge or Bell Man area of the Hotel.
End of Rental. At the end of the Rental Term, Customer may elect to continue with the monthly rental, return the Product/s in accordance with this Agreement or purchase the Product/s. Customer will notify Leussink, in writing, 30 days prior to the end of this Rental Agreement of his intentions to return the Product/s. Failing receipt in writing of such notice, an additional monthly rental payment will be due and payable according to this Rental Schedule. Customer may continue making monthly payments to Leussink for the Product on an advanced month-to-month basis. Monthly rental rates will be adjusted to the Long Term Rental prices upon the start of the sixth (6th) month at the request of the Customer and the request is approved in writing by Leussink.

End of Rental. The rental ends with the return of the vehicle, its keys, and its documents to the LESSOR's premises and during their opening hours. Under no circumstances shall the TENANT return the keys to persons other than the LESSOR. If the vehicle is returned without its keys, they will be invoiced to the TENANT. If the return requires repatriation due to the TENANT's fault, the corresponding costs will be invoiced to the TENANT. The responsibility of the TENANT is engaged until the end of the rental agreement, except in cases of force majeure as well as in case of confiscation or sealing of the vehicle; the rental agreement may be terminated automatically as soon as the LESSOR is informed by the judicial authorities or by the TENANT. Any use of the vehicle that would harm the LESSOR would authorize the latter to terminate the contract automatically. In case of theft, the rental agreement is terminated upon transmission to the LESSOR of the complaint filed by the TENANT with the competent authorities. In the event of an accident requiring the immobilization of the vehicle, the rental agreement is terminated upon transmission to the LESSOR of the duly completed amicable report by the TENANT and the possible third party. The vehicle is rented with a full tank and must be returned by the TENANT to the LESSOR with a full tank. The TENANT therefore only pays for what he has consumed. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, the missing fuel will be invoiced at a rate of 4 € per liter and 20 euros for handling. In this case, please note that the bill can quickly increase. The amount may be deducted from the security deposit. The TENANT must provide the fuel receipt or present a photo of the gas pump to the LESSOR when returning the vehicle. If the vehicle is not returned to the departure and return location of the rented vehicle, the repatriation costs of the vehicle will be deducted from the security deposit.

If the vehicle is returned without its keys, you will be charged for the cost of the replacement keys in addition to rentals charges until the vehicle has new keys. Under no circumstances will Navcar accept any liability for articles that may have been left in the vehicle at the end of the rental. Navcar has the rights to immediately take possession or dispose of any such items. IMPORTANT NOTE: Outside the normal opening hours, depositing the keys and documents in a letter box does not constitute the end of the rental. You remain liable for any damages and rental charges until a Navcar employee takes possession of the vehicle, documents and keys when the Navcar location opens. 5.4.1 In the event of confiscation, theft or accident; In the event of measures by third parties, including attachment, confiscation or impounding of the vehicle, you must immediately inform Navcar in writing. Navcar will then be entitled to take all measures which it deems necessary to protect its rights. You will be liable for all damage, cost and/or expenses associated with the above measures and for any direct, indirect, consequential damages (such as loss...) to the vehicle unless it is demonstrated that Navcar is directly responsible for such confiscation or impounding of the vehicle. Furthermore, the rental agreement may be automatically terminated as soon as Navcar is informed of such action by the legal authorities or by you. Any use of the vehicle which may be detrimental to Navcar including but not limited to, travelling at excessive speeds or erratically, will entitle Navcar to automatically terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect. You will then return the Vehicle immediately as soon as Navcar so requests. Navcar may opt to repossess the vehicle on reasonable notice. In the event of theft of the vehicle, the rental agreement will be terminated as soon as Navcar has received a copy of the theft declaration made by you to the police authorities.
