Data and Analysis. (a) Subject to the CareLink and device settings configured by the physician, Medtronic shall collect and maintain in CareLink all of the CareLink Data for the patients in the Phase 2B Study for the Phase 2B Study Data Collection Period. CareLink does not collect information from devices that are interrogated by a programmer.
