Standard Reports definition

Standard Reports means reports generated by the Asset Management Performance System in a fixed or variable format on a routine or ad hoc basis in accordance with the Director's requirements as to period covered and level of detail.
Standard Reports means the standard reports that are available through the PHIMS Shared Service and are accessible based on assigned User Role as described in the Report User Guides

Standard Reports. Reports that are available with the current release of Odyssey under the “Reports” menu. • Enterprise Custom Reports (ECRs): Custom reports created to meet specific needs. Section 171.2 of the Texas Administrative Code requires submission of court activity reports each month to the Texas Judicial Council. These reports require pending case load statistics from the previous month’s report. The scope of this project includes state reporting from the date of ‘Go-Live’ and forward. Xxxx County is responsible for providing the pending numbers for the initial month’s reports, identifying the cases, and assisting in updating the case information to reflect the correct OCA status. Standard Reports is defined in Work Order 2002-01. "Sub - Project Code" or "SPC" is defined in Section 8.1 of the Work Order 2002-02. "Third Party Software" shall mean any program, or component of a program, that is licensed to Client or Convergys by a Third Party and is necessary to provide the Services. The Convergys provided Third Party Software as of the Effective Date is listed in Attachment C to Work Order 2002-01. "Time and Materials" shall mean a Convergys and Client billing arrangement in which Client is billed the actual time and materials Convergys expended in completing a request. "Training Services" is defined in Work Order 2002-02. "Train-the-Trainer" is defined in Attachment B to Work Order 2002-01. "Trouble Report" or "TR" is defined in Attachment D to Work Order 2002-02. "Work Order" shall mean the mutually agreed upon work statement that authorizes, and specifies the terms for Convergys to provide services under this Agreement.
