The Personal Data will be subject to the one or more of the following processing activities, (1) holding/storing, (2) referencing, (3) disposing/destroying, (4) analysing, (5) altering/updating, (6) using/applying, (7) transferring to third parties, and such other processing activities as may be instructed by the Controller from time to time. Email Address – For account validation and communications. Mobile Device Type Used – to enable user technical support. Location of Vehicles – to provide real-time visibility of the carpooling vehicle location to the passengers (only during the trip). Registration and vehicle description (make and model) – to help users identify which vehicle is providing the carpool ride and to validate any parking allocation relating to the carpool. 1. Accountability and Record keeping
1.1 The Supplier shall, by no later than1/9/2020, create and maintain detailed records relating to its Processing of Personal Data as will ensure that the Supplier complies with Article 30(2) of the GDPR.
1.2 The aforementioned records shall be in a form which shall be produced to the Customer and/ or the Regulator promptly upon their request.
