Data Protection Requests. Institution shall promptly notify Sponsor’s DPO in writing if they receive any communication with regards to data protection relating to the services from a Data Subject, a data protection authority or other regulatory authority and provide Sponsor’s DPO with full cooperation and assistance in relation to any such communication, at no additional cost to PPD or Sponsor. 7)

Nuix will not respond to such communication directly without Licensee's prior authorization, unless legally compelled to do so. If Nuix is required to respond to such a request, Nuix will promptly notify Licensee and provide Licensee with a copy of the request, unless legally prohibited from doing so.
