Data Subject and Supervisory Authority Requests. (a) Taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to Avanade, Avanade will provide reasonable assistance to Client for any requests made by data subjects to exercise the rights set out in Chapter III of the GDPR or otherwise under the Data Protection Laws, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and the right to restrict or object to certain processing. Client will be responsible for directly responding to any such requests from data subjects, and Avanade will refer them to Client, except where not allowed by applicable Data Protection Laws.
