Common use of Date of Implementation Clause in Contracts

Date of Implementation. Wage and premium pay increases shall become effective at the beginning of the first full pay period following ratification. Step increases shall become effective at the beginning of the first full pay period on or after the completion of one (1) year of service as defined in Section 4.7 (Length of Service).
