Common use of Date of Leave Clause in Contracts

Date of Leave. The School District may adjust the proposed beginning or ending date of a child care leave so that the dates of the leave coincide with some natural break in the school year – i.e., winter vacation, spring vacation, semester or quarter break, end of a grading period, end of the school year, or the like. The availability of a substitute teacher may also be considered by the School Board in the granting of a childcare leave or its duration.

The 39 availability of a substitute teacher may also be considered by the School Board District in determining the granting of a childcare leave or its 40 duration.

The 47 availability of a substitute teacher may also be considered by the School Board District in determining the granting of a childcare leave or its 48 duration.
