DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION.
1.3.1 This Agreement will come into operation seven days after the date on which the Fair Work Commission (FWC) approves the Agreement (Commencement Date).
1.3.2 The nominal expiry date of this Agreement shall be two (2) years from the Commencement Date.
1.3.3 Negotiations to replace this Agreement will commence no less than six months prior to the nominal expiry date at clause 1.3.2.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement will operate from the 7th day after the date of issue of the notice by the Workplace Authority Director advising that the agreement has passed the no disadvantage test and remain in force for a period of five years.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This agreement shall operate from the beginning of the first pay period on or after the ………………………… 2006 until the 2007.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall operate seven days after the date it is approved by the Fair Work Commission. This Agreement shall operate for three years and have a nominal expiry date of 9 October 2026.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall come into operation on and from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after the date of registration of this Agreement and shall remain in force until 31st October 2012. The parties will consider the renegotiation of the Agreement no later than 3 months prior to the termination date of this Agreement.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall commence from date of lodgement with the Workplace Authority and remain in force until 31st March 2009. The Agreement shall be monitored and reviewed by all parties forming this Agreement to ensure its effective implementation, and that continued efficiencies are gained from the Agreement.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall expire on 27th June 2010, but will continue to apply after this date until terminated or replaced.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall operate from the date of lodgement with the Workplace Authority in accordance with the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) and shall remain in force for a period of three years.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall come into operation from the first full pay period from the date of lodgement with the Workplace Authority and remain in force for a nominal period of 4 years. It will remain in force until replaced or terminated in accordance with the Act.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall operate from the date of certification by the NSW Industrial Relations Commission and remain in force until 30th November 2005.
