DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement will operate from the 7th day after the date of issue of the notice by the Workplace Authority Director advising that the agreement has passed the no disadvantage test and remain in force for a period of five years.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. 4.1 The Agreement will operate from seven (7) days after the date of approval by the Fair Work Commission.
4.2 The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2027 unless terminated or varied in accordance with the FW Act.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This agreement shall operate from the beginning of the first pay period on or after the ………………………… 2007 until the 2012.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall come into operation on and from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after the date of approval of this Agreement and shall remain in force until30 June 2014. The parties will commence negotiations of a new Agreement no earlier !han 1 March 2014.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall commence from date of lodgement with the Workplace Authority and remain in force until 31st March 2009. The Agreement shall be monitored and reviewed by all parties forming this Agreement to ensure its effective implementation, and that continued efficiencies are gained from the Agreement.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. The Agreement shall operate within seven days of the date of approval by Fair Work Commission. The nominal expiry date shall be 30 June 2025. Negotiations for renewal of the Agreement shall begin not less than 8 weeks prior to the nominal expiry date.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall expire on 27th June 2010, but will continue to apply after this date until terminated or replaced.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall operate from the date of certification by the NSW Industrial Relations Commission and remain in force until 31 May 2004.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall come into operation from the first full pay period from the date of lodgement with the Workplace Authority and remain in force for a nominal period of 4 years. It will remain in force until replaced or terminated in accordance with the Act.
DATE & PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Enterprise Agreement shall take effect from the date of certification by the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission and remain in force for a period of three years.
