Incidental or peripheral tasks. The Employer may require an Employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the Employee's skill, competence and training consistent with the classification structure of this agreement provided that such duties are not designed to promote deskilling. The Employer may require an Employee to carry out such duties and use such resources and equipment as may be required provided that the Employee has been trained in the use of such resources and equipment.
Incidental or peripheral tasks. 4.2.1 An Employer may require an employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training consistent with the classification structure of this Agreement: Provided that such duties are not designed to promote deskilling.
4.2.2 An Employer may require an employee to carry out such duties and use such resources and equipment as may be required: Provided that the employee has been trained in the use of such resources and equipment.
4.2.3 Any such requirement of an Employer pursuant to clauses 4.2.1and 4.2.2 shall be consistent with the Employer's responsibilities to provide a safe and healthy working environment and shall take into consideration the effect on workloads and infection control.
Incidental or peripheral tasks. 4.5.1 The Company may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are reasonably within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence, and training, consistent with his/her classification level and use such tools and equipment as may be required provided that the employee has been properly trained in the use of such tools and equipment.
4.5.2 Any direction issued by the Company pursuant to clause 4.5.1 shall be consistent with the Company's responsibility to provide a safe and healthy working environment.

2.11.2 An Employer may direct an Employee to carry out such duties and use such tools and equipment as may be required provided that the Employee has been properly trained in the use of such tools and equipment.
2.11.3 Any direction issued by an Employer pursuant to clauses 2.11.1 and 2.11.2 shall be consistent with the Employer's responsibilities to provide a safe and healthy working environment.

Employees are to be available to perform a wider range of duties, including work which is incidental or peripheral to their main task, provided that such duties are not designed to promote xx-xxxxxxxx and provided an employee has the skills or competence to perform such tasks.

2.11.2 The employer may direct an employee to carry out duties and use such equipment and tools as may be required:
(a) Provided that the employee has been properly trained in the use of such equipment and tools.
2.11.3 The assignment of incidentals or peripheral tasks to an employee or a class of employees shall:
(a) be consistent with the efficient performance of the employee's main task or functions;
(b) be subject to the employee having skills or competence to perform the initial tasks;
(c) be consistent with the employer's responsibilities to provide a safe and healthy working environment.
Incidental or peripheral tasks. 8.1 Employees are to be available to perform a wider range of duties, including work that is incidental or peripheral to their main task or functions.
8.2 The University may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are reasonably within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training.
8.3 The University may direct an employee to carry out such duties and use such tools and equipment as may be required provided that the employee has been properly trained in the use of such tools and equipment.
8.4 Any direction issued by the University pursuant to clause 9 shall be consistent with the University's responsibility to provide a safe and healthy working environment.
Incidental or peripheral tasks. 4.10.1 An employer may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the employee’s skills, competence and training provided that such duties are not designed to promote xx-xxxxxxxx.
4.10.2 An employer may direct an employee to carry out duties and use such equipment and tools as may be required. Provided that the employee has been properly trained in the use of such equipment and tools.
4.10.3 The assignment of incidentals or peripheral tasks to an employees or a class of employees shall:
a) be consistent with the efficient performance of the employee’s main task or functions;
b) be subject to the employee having skills or competence to perform the initial tasks;
c) be consistent with the employer’s responsibilities to provide a safe and healthy working environment.
Incidental or peripheral tasks. 3.5.1 Employees shall perform duties, which are incidental or peripheral to their main task, provided that such duties are not designed to promote xx-xxxxxxxx and provided a employee has the skills or competence to perform such tasks.
3.5.2 Any such requirements pursuant to 3.5.1 shall be consistent with Xxxxxxx’s responsibilities to provide a safe and healthy working environment and shall take into consideration the effect on workloads and infection control.
