Date Warranty. Contractor warrants that all Products provided under this Contract: (i) do not have a life expectancy limited by date or time format; (ii) will correctly record, store, process, and present calendar dates;
Date Warranty. Vendor warrants that all Software provided under this Contract: (i) does not have a life expectancy limited by date or time format; (ii) will correctly record, store, process, and present calendar dates; (iii) will lose no functionality, data integrity, or performance with respect to any date; and (iv) will be interoperable with other software used by Purchaser that may deliver date records from the Software, or interact with date records of the Software (“Date Warranty”). In the event a Date Warranty problem is reported to Vendor by Purchaser and such problem remains unresolved after three (3) calendar days, at Purchaser’s discretion, Vendor shall send, at Vendor’s sole expense, at least one (1) qualified and knowledgeable representative to Purchaser’s premises. This representative will continue to address and work to remedy the failure, malfunction, defect, or nonconformity on Purchaser’s premises. This Date Warranty shall last perpetually. In the event of a breach of any of these representations and warranties, Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Purchaser from and against any and all harm, injury, damages, costs, and expenses incurred by Purchaser arising out of said breach.

Each party represents and warrants that the -------------- information technology, financial, operational, communication and other systems and processes used by such party in connection with performing its obligations pursuant to this Agreement will not be interrupted or adversely affected by the manipulation, processing, comparison, display or calculation of dates from, into and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, including leap years, and each agrees to cooperate with the other party to promptly remedy any such error.
Date Warranty. The Services will not be adversely affected in any way by any date data, date setting, date value, date input or other date related data and any combination thereof (including leap year), excluding Services failures caused by date-related defects in the Customer Owned Software.

Contractor warrants that the System and all Data related output or results produced by the System: (i) do not have a life expectancy limited by date or time format; (ii) will correctly record, store, process, and present calendar dates; (iii) will lose no functionality, data integrity, or performance with respect to any date; and (iv) will be interoperable with other software used by HCA that may deliver date records from the Software, or interact with date records of the Software. Any breach of these representations and warranties will be treated as a Severity Level 1 Deficiency, subject to the corresponding Performance Standard requirements.
Date Warranty. Software provided in conjunction with the System is licensed to The City under the license provided by the software publisher or by the equipment manufacturer with which the software is provided. The City shall, if required, execute a separate software license agreement in a form satisfactory to the software publisher or equipment manufacturer.
Date Warranty. The Service Provider warrants and represents and covenants that the Services will not be adversely affected in any way by any date data, date setting, date value, date input or other date related data and any combination thereof (including leap year), whether falling on, after or before January 1, 1999, September 9, 1999, December 31, 1999, or January 1, 2000, as a result of any failure of the Service Provider Software to properly process, receive or provide such date related data within and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries (including leap year) excluding Services failures and other problems caused by such date related failures that arise as a consequence of defects in the Customer Owned Software or other Software not provided by or through the Service Provider, its Affiliates or their subcontractors.
Date Warranty. The Supplier Software, Work Product and any other Assets selected and provided by or on behalf of Supplier will accurately process date information, including accurately accepting date input, providing date output and performing calculations on dates or portions of dates; provided, however that such Software, Work Product or any other Supplier Assets shall not be deemed non-compliant to the extent any performance failure is attributable to the failure of equipment, software or systems for which Supplier is not operationally responsible, but with which it must interact or interoperate.

In the event a date Warranty problem is reported to Vendor by Purchaser, Vendors sole responsibility is to correct any deficiencies in the software provided as soon as possible.
