Customer Owned Software definition

Customer Owned Software means the Software developed internally by Customer Group and used by Provider to deliver the Services, or used by Customer Group on Provider Assets.
Customer Owned Software means software (in source code and object code form), and all related systems design and user documentation, which is owned by Customer and used in the current data processing operation of Customer, and any additions to or replacements for such software and documentation. "CUSTOMER THIRD-PARTY AGREEMENTS" shall mean agreements between Customer and any third party for the provision of products or services of any kind.
Customer Owned Software means Software owned by Customer and used, operated, maintain or supported by or on behalf of Service Provider under or in connection with this Agreement.

Examples of Customer Owned Software in a sentence

  • The Customer Owned Software will be available to TSG in a form and on media compatible with the equipment TSG is then operating on Customer's behalf, together with appropriate documentation and other materials and will be provided in a timely manner when required by TSG in the performance of the Services.

  • Customer will provide TSG with object code and source code for the Customer Owned Software, if any, necessary for TSG to perform the Services, together with any consents, approvals, or authorizations from third parties necessary for TSG to legally and physically access and use the Customer Owned Software, in both object code and source code form, for purpose of providing the Services, and will provide written evidence of such consents to TSG upon TSG's request.

  • The Services will not be adversely affected in any way by any date data, date setting, date value, date input or other date related data and any combination thereof (including leap year), excluding Services failures caused by date-related defects in the Customer Owned Software.

  • As between the Parties, Customer (and/or its Affiliates, as applicable) will be the sole and exclusive owner of all Customer (and/or Affiliate) owned Materials, including Customer Owned Software or Materials, and all enhancements and Derivative Works of such Materials, intellectual property rights in such Materials and will retain all of Customer’s rights in all Customer developed and provided Materials (all such owned, developed and provided Materials, “Customer Owned Materials”).

  • Customer represents and warrants that, as of the Effective Date and to its knowledge, the Customer Owned Software does not infringe any copyright, patent or trade secret right of any third party.


More Definitions of Customer Owned Software

Customer Owned Software. Shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 14(b).

Customer Owned Software means Customer's proprietary software (as listed in the Sales Order, as applicable).
