Severity Level 1 definition

Severity Level 1 is an emergency condition which makes the use or continued use of any one or more functions impossible. The condition requires an immediate solution that is not already available.
Severity Level 1. (critical) shall mean virus outbreak, which affects Customer’s business continuity by interruptions in the Product’s normal functioning and which causes the Product(s) or Operating System(s) to crash, or which causes data loss, provided that there is no Workaround available.

Severity Level 1 means a Qualifying Incident that cannot be circumvented and that constitutes a complete loss of the Compute Managed Service.
