Dates and Timelines. All references to days shall be to calendar days, except as expressly noted otherwise. All scheduled shipment dates, delivery dates, and other dates are non-binding estimates, unless a duly authorized representative of Company expressly agrees in a duly signed writing that a certain date shall be legally binding.
Dates and Timelines. Upon request by either the Evaluator or Educator, the dates and timelines referred to in Section 6 Evaluation Cycle Self-Assessment; Section 7 Evaluation Cycle Goal-Setting and the Development of the Educator Plan; Section 10 Observations; Section 11 Evaluation Cycle Formative Assessment; Section 12 Evaluation Cycle Formative Evaluation; Section 13 Evaluation Cycle Summative Evaluation; and Section 19 Timelines may be extended due to extenuating circumstances for a reasonable period of time.
