Timescales means the timescales for delivery and installation of the Application to Customer as set out in Schedule 2

More Definitions of Timescales

Timescales means any timescales set out in a Statement of Work for the completion and acceptance of Services and/or delivery and/or acceptance of Deliverables.
Timescales means, together, the Completion Date and any other timescales set out in Schedules 1, 2, 3 and/or 4. References to any statute or statutory provision include, unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to the statute or statutory provision as modified, replaced, re-enacted or consolidated and in force from time to time prior to the Commencement Date and any subordinate legislation made under the relevant statute or statutory provision (as so modified, replaced, re-enacted or consolidated) in force prior to the Commencement Date. References to any gender include references to each other gender and references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to a person include references to any individual (including that individual's legal personal representatives), firm, company, corporation or other body corporate, government, state or agency of a state or any unincorporated association, joint venture or partnership (whether or not having a separate legal personality). The clause and Schedule headings in this Agreement do not affect its interpretation. References to Clauses and Schedules are to clauses and schedules of this Agreement. The Schedules form part of this Agreement and have the same force and effect as if set out in the body of this Agreement. Any phrase introduced by the term "include", "including", "in particular", "other", or any similar general term is not limited by any particular examples preceding or following those general terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a term in the main part of this Agreement and a term in a Schedule or other documents referred to or otherwise incorporated into this Agreement, the term in the main part of this Agreement shall take precedence, unless the relevant Schedule or other document which is referred to or otherwise incorporated into this Agreement is expressly stated to take precedence over this Agreement.

Related to Timescales

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • QA means Quality Assurance.

  • Timelines means the dates set out in Appendix 2 hereto as may be amended by agreement between the Parties and Timeline shall mean any one of such dates.

  • Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • QAP shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Quality system means documented organizational procedures and policies: internal audits of those policies and procedures: management review and recommendation for quality improvement.”

  • Testson Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contractor agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.
