Common use of DAY OFF WITH PAY Clause in Contracts

DAY OFF WITH PAY. 19.01 In addition to the holidays stipulated in Paragraph 18.01, each employee in the employ of the Corporation on the day designated by the Corporation for such purpose shall be granted a day off with pay, at his/her average rate of earnings. In addition to the holidays stipulated in Paragraph 18.01, each employee in the employ of the Company on the day designated by the Company for such purpose shall be granted a day off with pay, at his/her average rate of earnings.
