Day-to-Day Dispatching. MM&P shall provide a representative who shall be available as needed to assist, on an emergency basis, to fill Mate positions on overtime first and last with retirees, after WSF Dispatch has made every effort to fill the positions, as provided in 4.C., above. WSF will donate eight (8) hours a month to the Union Leave Bank and the representative who provides support for these duties shall be compensated by the Union Leave Bank. If the representative works more than eight (8) hours a month to provide the services described in this rule, WSF will donate an additional eight (8) hours to the Union Leave Bank.
