Common use of Daylight Savings Clause in Contracts

Daylight Savings. In no case shall the amount of regular pay for a full normal shift worked be affected by reason of the change in the number of normal hours worked in consequence of such change from daylight savings time to standard time and vice versa. There will be no payment for the additional hour worked and no reduction for the hour not worked because of the changeover.
