Daylight Savings. 42.1 Despite anything to the contrary in Section 2, if an Employee works on a shift during the daylight savings change over period, that Employee will be paid ordinary time or the applicable shift rate for the actual hours worked.

Daylight Savings. 42.1 Despite anything to the contrary in Section 2this Agreement, if an Employee employee works on a shift during the daylight savings change over saving changeover period, that Employee employee will be paid ordinary time or at the applicable shift rate for the actual hours workedworked or the normal rostered hours, whichever is the greater, i.e. a shift at the start of daylight savings will be paid for one hour more than the actual shift length and a shift at the end of daylight savings will be paid for one hour more than the normal shift length.
