Days Off and Schedule of Shifts. 1. The employer will as far as practical designate regular, periodic, days off for each regular employee and will not change such designation without at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to the employee. The employees may, as far as practical, change their day or days off or shift by mutual arrangement with the supervisor and the shop xxxxxxx of the department concerned. In the case of ALL WORKERS, overtime shall be paid if less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is given.
