DDS/DAYHAB ONLY. The Provider shall exercise due diligence (including any available electronic or other scheduling means available) in maintaining routing efficiency while seeking to maintain full vehicle capacity to include the 90 minutes of routing time commencing from the time of first pickup through and until the final destination. The routing time shall be inclusive of potential double runs that may be accomplished within the contracted 90 minute routing timeframe. Routing time and not vehicle capacity shall be the final determinant in scheduling consumers on DDS or DayHab routes. Waivers of these standards must be in writing and are at the discretion of the Broker/RTA.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.
