Death in Service. Each Member will be required to designate a beneficiary at enrolment date. If the Member dies while employed by the Company, the Member's Account will be paid in a lump sum to his named beneficiary or, in the absence of a valid beneficiary designation under the members Account, the Members Account will be paid to his/her estate.
