Death of a Member of the Family. When a member of an employee’s immediate family dies, for the purpose of the funeral, the employee may be granted special leave with pay to a maximum of four (4) working days and may in addition, depending on distance and transit time, be granted up to three (3) working days special leave for the purpose of travel, if required in relation to the death. "
