Debarred Individuals. The contractor shall have policies and procedures in place to routinely monitor staff positions and subcontractors for individuals debarred or excluded. The Contractor shall be required to disclose to the OMPP PI Section information required by 42 CFR 455.106 regarding the Contractor’s staff and persons with an ownership/controlling interest in the Contractor that have been convicted of a criminal offense related to that person’s involvement in Medicare/Medicaid or Title XIX programs.
