Decision notice. In accordance with Standard Licence Condition (SLC) 30 of the Gas Supplier licence, the Authority hereby approves modification proposal SPAA SCP491: ‘Amendment to the Gas Theft Detection Incentive Scheme (GTDIS) Timing’.

The Agency will consider the employee’s oral or written reply and give the employee a written decision letter concerning the proposed action normally within a reasonable time after expiration of the advance notice period. Normally, the written decision will be issued by a management official who is in a higher position than the person who proposed the action.
