Prior to the dosing of the first patient in a Phase I Clinical Trial, the Parties shall meet to discuss in good faith whether a Molecule should be designated a Drug Candidate and how such Drug Candidate shall be developed ("Decision Point"). The Parties agree that unless determined otherwise, each Drug Candidate shall be subject to Joint Development where both Genentech and Roche share equally in the development efforts and Development Costs.
