Common use of Declaration of Policy Clause in Contracts

Declaration of Policy. In order to establish a more harmonious and cooperative relationship between teachers, administrators and members of the Board of Education, which will enhance the educational program of the Newfield Central School District, it is hereby declared to be the purpose of these procedures to provide a means for orderly settlement of differences, promptly and fairly, as they arise and to assure equitable and proper treatment of teachers pursuant to established rules, regulations and policies of the district.
