(a) Where a declared value set out in an owner’s certificate is less than 90 per cent of the actual cash value of the vehicle together with its equipment, the insured is a co-insurer with the Corporation for any loss or damage to the vehicle and its equipment, and the amount of the co-insured portion of the loss or damage for which indemnity is afforded by the Corporation shall be determined by the following formula: where

Declaration of Value. A Declaration of Value for the Owned Real Property as required by law, consistent with the allocation of the Purchase Price to the Owned Real Property in accordance with Section 2.6.
Declaration of Value. The shipper must select one of the options below prior to the start of any packing or moving service. In the event the Shipper does not select one of these options, the Carrier’s maximum liability for loss and damage shall be $.60 per pound per article.
