Declining Light Duty Sample Clauses

Declining Light Duty. In the event a light duty assignment is offered by the Port and the employee chooses not to accept such assignment, as provided by law, the employee will not be eligible to receive time-loss compensation. Employees are not required to accept any assignment that would exceed the restrictions set by their attending physician(s) of record.
