Change in Assignment Should it become necessary to make changes in an employee's assignment, the person responsible for making the change shall notify the employee prior to making such change and shall specify such change in writing.

Notice of Change Grantee shall notify the Grantor if there is a change in Grantee’s legal status, federal employer identification number (FEIN), DUNS Number, UEI, XXX registration status, Related Parties, senior management or address. See 30 ILCS 708/60(a). If the change is anticipated, Grantee shall give thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Grantor. If the change is unanticipated, Grantee shall give notice as soon as practicable thereafter. Grantor reserves the right to take any and all appropriate action as a result of such change(s).

No-‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-‐Activation Period ends.

Non-Assignment This Agreement shall not be assigned by either party without the written consent of the other party.
Term/Effective Date This Agreement is effective upon the Effective Date and will expire on the 30th day of June, 2023, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
Change of Control; Assignment and Subcontracting Except as set forth in this Section 7.5, neither party may assign any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior written approval of the other party, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld. For purposes of this Section 7.5, a direct or indirect change of control of Registry Operator or any subcontracting arrangement that relates to any Critical Function (as identified in Section 6 of Specification 10) for the TLD (a “Material Subcontracting Arrangement”) shall be deemed an assignment.
