Common use of Default Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Default Enrollment. 34 1. New full-time employees who fail to submit timely application for 1 enrollment into the medical-dental benefit plans described in Section A will be enrolled by 2 default in the County’s Major Medical plan and ODS Dental plan, with employee only 3 coverage. Eligible dependents of such employees may be enrolled in the default plans if the 4 employee submits application requesting dependent enrollment within fifteen (15) days of 5 receiving notice of his or her default enrollment. 6 2.
