Deferred Payment Agreement. Borrower understands that if Borrower does not make payments in accordance with the requirements of the bill from the Utility and is eligible for a Deferred Payment Agreement under the rules and regulations of the Public Service Commission, the Utility will provide an opportunity for Borrower to enter into a Deferred Payment Agreement, as required by such rules and regulations and in accordance with the usual practice of the Utility.
Deferred Payment Agreement. A Defendant may pay the full amount by a later date specified by the Court.
Deferred Payment Agreement. As of the date hereof, FCMC, Axon and the Administrative Agent under the Legacy Credit Agreement shall execute and deliver an agreement in the form attached as Exhibit 6 (the “Deferred Payment Agreement”) and Axon or FCMC shall provide evidence that the stock certificate or other document evidencing the rights or interests of Axon in FCMC bear a legend substantially as follows: THE EQUITY INTERESTS REPRESENTED HEREBY ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A DEFERRED PAYMENT AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG FCMC, THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK, AS ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND THE OTHER PARTIES NAMED THEREIN, DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 22, 2010, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, A COPY OF WHICH AGREEMENT IS ON FILE AT THE PRINCIPAL OFFICE OF FCMC. THE SALE, TRANSFER, ASSIGNMENT OR OTHER DISPOSITION OF THE EQUITY INTERESTS IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF SUCH AGREEMENT AND THE EQUITY INTERESTS ARE TRANSFERABLE OR OTHERWISE DISPOSABLE ONLY UPON PROOF OF COMPLIANCE THEREWITH.
Deferred Payment Agreement. This Deed Poll is given on 11 July, 2002 by Open joint stock company “VimpelCommunications” registered at 8 Xxxxx Xxxxxx 00, xxxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxx 000000, Xxxxxx (the “Guarantor”) in favour of Alcatel SEL AG (“Alcatel”) in relation to certain obligations of Open joint stock company “KB Impuls” (the “Company”).
