Definition Of Extra Services. Extra services include, but are not limited to: (i) services performed after the Date of Final Completion, not contemplated by the original Scope of Services. (ii) services for preparation for and attendance at deposition, discovery or court or other dispute resolution proceedings on behalf of the Owner, except when such proceedings involve issues of fault, neglect or alleged liability of the General Contractor, or its agents, employees, or consultants. (iii) other services not included in Required Services mutually agreed to by the Owner and the General Contractor in writing.
