Original Scope of Services. DASNY shall pay, and the BROKER agrees to accept, as compensation for Original Scope of Services pursuant to Appendix "A", which is attached to and made a part hereof, the not to exceed amount of and 00/100 Dollars ($0.00). DASNY shall reserve the right to negotiate with the BROKER the method of compensation based upon a methodology agreed upon between the BROKER and XXXXX.
Original Scope of Services. The BROKER shall accept, as compensation, a commission fee based on rates set by the insurance carrier and the premium on an annual basis for the July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2030 policy years. Any changes to the method of payment shall be negotiated by XXXXX and the BROKER.
Original Scope of Services. PROJECT UNDERSTANDING We understand Design Scoping Review drawings have been submitted to CDOT for a DSR meeting scheduled for September 21, 2022 for North Yampa Ave. Sidewalk Replacement Project from 6th to 9th. Xxxxxxxx does not anticipate having sub-consultants for the FIR phase of design work. In order to control our fees and time we understand our coordination and meetings will be limited to civil engineering issues and our communication will be limited to City of Xxxxx and occasionally with the CDOT as needed, and the City of Xxxxx will provide proactive coordination and gather information that may be required during the course of this FIR design phase. We understand Client desires a design/build approach and there will be no grading analysis. The limited budget for this phase of work will dictate a simpler drawing set then is normally provided for a CDOT funded project. Baseline understand this is a sidewalk removal and replacement project and the following will not be required: • Traffic StudyGeotechnical InvestigationDrainage Study • Subsurface Utility Engineering Plan (SUE) • ADA ramp replacement • Temporary or Permanent Easements or ROW SCOPE OF SERVICES BASELINE will provide the following professional engineering services: Design Schedule We will provide a design schedule indicating progress and project milestone goals through the FIR process. Schematic Design Plans (30% - FIR) Baseline will prepare schematic design plans which will include a cover sheet, general notes and legend sheet, typical details and sections, existing conditions and demolition plans and civil site plans. The plans will be prepared to a 30% design level (FIR).

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc. Documents) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively “Services”). All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Contract, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • CHANGES IN SCOPE OF SERVICES Only the Xxxxxx County Board of Supervisors has the authority to agree to any extension of time, change order, change in the scope of work, change in the contract price, or other term or condition affecting either Contractor's or County's duties set forth herein. Adjustments in compensation, if any, shall be determined through negotiation between the parties to the Agreement and are subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors. Contractor acknowledges that no County staff person or County officer other than the Board of Supervisors has the power to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any change not so authorized in advance in writing by the Board of Supervisors shall be null and void.

  • General Scope of Work The Scope of Work and projected level of effort required for these SERVICES is described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this AGREEMENT. The General Scope of Work was developed utilizing performance based contracting methodologies.

Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.

  • Detailed Scope of Work The complete description of services to be provided by the Contractor under an individual Job Order. Developed by the Contractor, after the Joint Scope Meeting and submitted for approval to the County Project Manager.
