The parties also recognize that such determinations are within the exclusive discretion of the District. In the event of a general cutback or reduction of personnel through layoff from employment, the following procedure, based upon program needs, will be utilized by the District or its designated representatives:

  • Definition of Family Members of the employee's immediate family are defined as the employee's spouse, mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, stepchildren, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, stepparents, grandparents and grandchildren.

  • SUPPLIER’S PERSONNEL 6.1 The Supplier shall employ sufficient persons to ensure that the Services are provided at all times and in all respects in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Employee's Personnel File A copy of formal discipline report to be entered on an employee's file will be given to the employee. The employee will be required to sign management's copy. Such signature will indicate receipt of formal reprimand only. Subject to giving the Employer advance notice, employees shall have access to their personnel file.
