Definition of Seniority. A Bargaining Unit Employee’s seniority shall be defined as the length of time the employee has been employed at a facility covered by a collective bargaining agreement between the Employer and the Union. If a Bargaining Unit Employee voluntarily or involuntarily (not including termination for just cause) moves to another facility, the Bargaining Unit Employee shall keep their seniority.
