The product features, packaging and interface specifications shall remain unchanged relative to the current 28nm Aspen standard product offering. Product packages shall include 3 SKUs. The quad port SKU are housed in a 25x25mm 576 Ball FCBGA package and the dual and single port devices will be housed in pin compatible 19x19mm 324 Ball FCBGA packages. Intel and Aquantia shall agree upon a Qualification Schedule that meets Intel’s PRQ (Production Release Qualification) specifications.
