Common use of Delayed Enrollment in Retiree Medical Plan Clause in Contracts

Delayed Enrollment in Retiree Medical Plan. A retiree who otherwise meets the requirements for retiree only medical coverage under Section 9.1 Medical Benefits for Retirees, subsections a), b), c), or d) may choose to delay enrollment in retiree medical coverage. Application and coverage may begin each year at the annual medical insurance open enrollment period after retirement.

Delayed Enrollment in Retiree Medical Plan. A retiree who otherwise meets the requirements for retiree only medical coverage under Section 9.1 Medical Benefits for Retirees, 12.2 (a) 5 subsections a), b), c), a or d) b may choose to delay enrollment in retiree medical coverage. Application and coverage may begin each year at the annual medical insurance open enrollment period after retirement.

Delayed Enrollment in Retiree Medical Plan. A retiree who otherwise meets the requirements for retiree only medical coverage under Section 9.1 Medical Benefits for Retirees, subsections a), b), c), or d) 8.1 subsection 1 may choose to delay enrollment in retiree medical coverage. Application and coverage may begin each year at the annual medical insurance open enrollment period after retirement.

A retiree who otherwise meets the requirements for retiree only medical coverage under Section 9.1 Medical Benefits for Retirees, subsections a), b), c), or d) the Sections above may choose to delay enrollment in retiree medical coverage. Application and coverage may begin each year at the annual medical insurance open enrollment period or within 30 days of a qualifying event after retirement.

A retiree who otherwise meets the requirements for retiree only medical coverage under Section 9.1 Medical Benefits for Retirees, subsections a), b), c), or d13.2 subsection 2) may choose to delay enrollment in retiree medical coverage. Application and coverage may begin each year at the annual medical insurance open enrollment period after retirement.

A retiree who otherwise meets the requirements for retiree only medical coverage under Section 9.1 Medical Benefits for Retirees, 17.1 (a) 5 subsections a), b), c), c or d) d may choose to delay enrollment in retiree medical coverage. Application and coverage may begin each year at the annual medical insurance open enrollment period after retirement. The years of service expressed in Section 17.1 (a) 5 Medical Benefits for Retirees a, b, c and d must be continuous service with the County and shall have been completed immediately preceding retirement directly on PERS from the County.
