Deliverable 1. Bushnell Location Drainage Study. Grantee shall: 1. Conduct a survey for County-owned parcels, including geotechnical borings for County- owned parcels. 2. Set up a study for County-owned parcels, which includes: a. A review of readily available natural resource documentation, previous environmental studies (provided by the BOARD), readily available permits and listed species information. b. A review of existing GIS databases including the Florida Natural Areas Inventory (FNAI) and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regarding known occurrences of listed species on and near the subject property. c. A review of aerial photography, soils maps, and mapping of existing wetland and surface water features on-site. d. Conducting site reconnaissance to review the site and ground-truth the findings from the database searches. Site reconnaissance will include a 15% gopher tortoise survey. e. Following site reconnaissance and database review, a Technical Memorandum will be prepared summarizing the results of the on-site findings in relation to listed species, on-site habitats, and additional listed species permitting and mitigation requirements, if applicable. An exhibit will also be prepared delineating the on-site habitat types and use by listed species, if found. 3. Conduct at least one (1) coordination meeting with Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) to identify any potential permitting issues. 4. Delineate basin areas calculate runoff volumes. 5. Create a preliminary design of a single stormwater retention area (pond) on Sumter County Parcel ID N17B007A using previously gathered data.
