DELIVERING CROSS BORDER SERVICES. WORK PERFORMED OPENAXEL provided improved facilities and services to selected highly innovative ICT Startup’s and SME and entrepreneurs (participants and winners). This cross border services added value and incorporated a cross border feature to encourage the Startup nomination from accelerators. Startup participants should benefit from their participation in the contest even if they do not win the competition. High quality networking and international exposure are additional benefits. The winners in each category of any of the two calls for applicants received world-class services based on the joint portfolio defined by OPENAXEL giving them early European and international exposure. The contest helped the accelerator community to strengthen cooperation and share to incorporate and improve their offer of cross border services to the Startups  MAIN RESULTS Provision of improved facilities and supporting services: This task was designed to provide the companies with tools, knowhow and learning experiences. The program was tailored for the companies with the knowledge to grow at the scale and pace to which they can adapt and leverage their own experience. Therefore, OPENAXEL provided a structure and a support group that the selected companies can easily follow, adapt to and participate in. The structure included access to business leaders, experts and mentors to accompany the entrepreneurs in their path to growth. The Cross Border Facilities and Services Report already described was the starting point to concrete acceleration services with great cross border potential. These services were integrated into the OPENAXEL portal where project partners offered their acceleration services with most cross border potential. The consortium also collaborated by putting in common their resources, which made it possible to offer improved facilities to the startups. While seed stage startups benefited from access to training, office space and other trans-border local resources, later stage startups were the most benefited since they had access to OPENAXEL partners’ full array of extended contact networks, events and markets. While the former were motivated by properly defining their product, obtaining a first customer or finding the right market to start in, the later were looking to expand internationally, obtain the right expert knowledge.   • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.
