Delivery Fleet. 31.1 The Contractor(s) and/or its delivery and logistics partners will maintain an efficient delivery fleet and minimise the environmental impact associated with the delivery of devices through efficient logistics, full load deliveries, effective driver training and low or zero emission fleet. The Contractor(s) will support measures to address the Climate emergency through fleet management and will monitor and report on the efficiency of the delivery fleet and implement measures to reduce the environmental impact over the term of the Framework Agreement. If delivery is sub-contracted, the Contractor(s), will monitor and report on behalf of the sub- contractor.

Delivery Fleet. 23.1 The Contractor will be expected to maintain an efficient delivery fleet and minimise the environmental impact of deliveries, such as through efficient logistics, full loads and driver training. It is expected that the Contractor will continually monitor and report on the fleets’ efficiency and work to reduce the environmental impact over the term of the Framework Agreement.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Private Aircraft Mileage When an employee is authorized by his/her department, reimbursement for the use of the employee’s privately owned aircraft on State business shall be made at the rate of 50 cents per statute mile. Pilot qualifications and insurance requirements will be maintained in accordance with DPA rule 599.628.1 and the State Office of Risk and Insurance Management.

  • Delivery Schedule The scheduled months of delivery of the Aircraft are listed in the attached Table 1. Exhibit B describes certain responsibilities for both Customer and Boeing in order to accomplish the delivery of the Aircraft.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor.   • Delivery & Installation a) Subject to the conditions of the contract, the delivery of the goods and completion of the related services shall be in accordance with the delivery and completion schedule specified in the bidding document. The details of supply/ shipping and other documents to be furnished by the successful/ selected bidder are specified in the bidding document and/ or contract.

For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.
