With respect to the obsolete or unusable Spare Parts which may be returned to Boeing and the Spare Parts substituted therefor, pursuant to Paragraph 6, and the Provisioning Items which may be repurchased by Boeing, pursuant to Paragraph 7, the party which has risk of loss of any such Spare Part or Provisioning Item will have the responsibility of providing any insurance coverage for it desired by such party.

Supplier Support. Seller has entered, or anticipates entering, into product support agreements with suppliers (Seller Suppliers) of major system components manufactured by such Suppliers to be installed on the Aircraft (Supplier Components). Such product support agreements commit, or are expected to commit, the Seller Suppliers to provide to Seller's Buyers and/or the Buyer's designees support services with respect to the Supplier Components which can be reasonably expected to be required during the course of normal operation. This support includes but is not limited to shelf-stock of certain spare parts, emergency spare parts, timely delivery of spare parts, and technical data related to the Supplier Components. Copies of such product support agreements will be provided to Buyer as soon as is reasonably practical in Seller Document PSSAM.   • Delivery of Items The Borrower will (a) promptly (but in no event later than one Business Day) after its receipt thereof, deliver to the Lender any documents or certificates of title issued with respect to any property included in the Collateral, and any promissory notes, letters of credit or instruments related to or otherwise in connection with any property included in the Collateral, which in any such case come into the possession of the Borrower, or shall cause the issuer thereof to deliver any of the same directly to the Lender, in each case with any necessary endorsements in favor of the Lender and (b) deliver to the Lender as soon as available copies of any and all press releases and other similar communications issued by the Borrower.

  • Delivery of Products As specified in Exhibit A, DR and/or Vendor shall be responsible for making digital and/or tangible delivery of the Products as follows: a. The following provisions shall apply to any Products listed on Exhibit A for which digital delivery is to be made by DR: 1. Separately, if the Fourth Expansion Premises Commencement Date-Suite 240 Premises has not occurred within ninety (90) days after the Fourth Expansion Premises Commencement Date-Suite 240 Premises, the Tenant, by written notice to the Landlord given within ten (10) days after the expiration of such ninety (90) day period, may terminate the terms of lease for the Suite 240 Premises in the Sixth Amendment to Office Building Lease for the Suite 240 Premises not delivered in said time frame without any liability to the Landlord. If Landlord’s failure to complete Tenant’s improvements within ninety (90) days after the Fourth Expansion Premises Commencement Date and/or Fourth Expansion Premises Commencement Date-Suite 240 Premises is result of Tenant Delay, Tenant shall not have the option to terminate the Sixth Amendment to Office Building Lease or the terms of lease for the Suite 240 Premises in the Sixth Amendment to Office Building Lease.
