Delivery Phase 1 – Discovery and Configuration Purpose. The purpose of this phase is to match THE CITY business requirements defined in the RFP, this SOW and the Functional Matrix documents with the capabilities of the solution and gather specific information needed to complete the initial configuration of the Solution that will be ready for testing. The Discovery sessions will span multiple weeks, including sessions on reporting and data conversion, and will involve Core Team members as well as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

  • Technical Specification As enumerated in Special Conditions of Contract/Scope of Work/attached Drawing/ Details/Schedule of Rates.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.
