Delivery Responsibilities. Unless otherwise specified by Xxxxxxx County, the following are applicable to all deliveries:
(a) The Contractor is responsible for delivering the deliverable(s) by the applicable delivery date to the location(s) specified in the SOW or individual Purchase Order.
(b) The Contractor must ship the deliverable(s) "F.O.B. Destination, within Government Premises."
(c) Xxxxxxx County will examine all packages at the time of delivery. The quantity of packages delivered must be recorded and any obvious visible or suspected damage must be noted at the time of delivery using the shipper's delivery document(s) and appropriate procedures to record the damage.
Delivery Responsibilities. Unless otherwise specified by the State in Section 1.4.5, Delivery Term, the following are applicable to all deliveries:

Delivery Responsibilities. Delivery responsibilities are as set out in the Quality Assurance Agreement. The delivery date for each batch of Product shall be commercially reasonably determined by Helix. Delivery of any Product shipped from CPL shall be FCA CPL (i.e. the loading dock at CPL’s Facility) to Helix or Helix’s designee in accordance with applicable law. Freight, duty, taxes, and insurance shall be for the account of Helix, and title and the risk of loss, delay, damage in transit shall be passed to Helix upon delivery to Helix’s or Helix’s designee’s designated carrier. CPL shall package the Product for shipment in accordance with its customary practices therefore, unless otherwise specified in writing by Helix, in which event any extra reasonable cost incurred by CPL on account of changes requested by Helix will be incorporated into the price of Product CPL charged to Helix. CPL shall include the following for each shipment of Product: (a) the purchase order number; (b) the lot and batch numbers; (c) the quantity of Product; and (d) the Certificate of cGMP Compliance.

Delivery Responsibilities. SK will [***] notify Novavax when an order of Collaboration Antigen Product is ready to be shipped. SK will be responsible for appropriate packaging (including satisfying all Product Requirements in each country in the Novavax Territory for Collaboration Antigen Products supplied in such country), labelling, and issuance of carrier’s declaration for all Collaboration Antigen Products shipped under this Agreement. SK and Novavax will ensure that each of their respective employees involved in activities related to shipments of Collaboration Antigen Product have received adequate training to properly handle such Collaboration Antigen Product. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, SK will not be responsible for [***].
Delivery Responsibilities. A. Arrangements for, packing and shipping charges, insurance costs, other handling expenses, and risk of loss or damage incurred in the delivery of the Works of Art from the Artist to PACE and in their return to the Artist shall be the sole responsibility of the Artist.
B. If anyone other than the Artist is to pick up the works of art, written authorization from the Artist must be presented by the person picking up the Works of Art. All responsibility for the safe transfer of the work remain with the Artist.

Delivery Responsibilities. SLS or its Authorized Manufacturer will notify Novavax when a Batch of the Product is ready to be shipped (“Shipment Readiness Notification”). SLS or its Authorized Manufacturer under this Supply Agreement, will be responsible for appropriate packaging, labelling, and issuance of carrier’s declaration for all Products shipped under this Supply Agreement. SLS and Novavax will ensure that each of their respective employees and the employees of their respective Affiliates and, in the case of Novavax, subcontractors or, in the case of SLS, Authorized Manufacturer involved in activities related to shipments (and in the case of Novavax, receipt of shipments) of Product have received [***] training to properly handle such Product.
Delivery Responsibilities. Unless otherwise specified within an individual order, the following shall be applicable to all orders issued under this Contract.
(a) SHIPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES - services performed under this contract shall be delivered “F.O.B. Destination, within Government Premises.” The Contractor shall have complete responsibility for providing all contracted services to all sites. Actual delivery dates will be specified on the individual purchase order.
Delivery Responsibilities. Delivery responsibilities of Seller include, but are not limited to, unloading the Equipment at the correct location at Destination, verification of delivery of the Equipment on packing list, inspection of the Equipment at the time of delivery and reporting of damage, defects, missing or incorrect items ("Discrepancies") to NBSI's Representative within ten (10) calendar days of delivery and in the event any of the Discrepancies are anticipated to result in a variance in the Delivery Schedule specified by Order, Seller shall so advise NBSI.
