Demonstration Population 1. TANF Child under 1 through 20 required to enroll in managed care in Allegany, Cortland, Dutchess, Fulton, Montgomery, Putnam, Orange, Otsego, Schenectady, Seneca, Xxxxxxxx, Ulster, Washington and Xxxxx counties [TANF Child New MC].

Demonstration Population 1. Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) child under age 1 through age 20 required to enroll in managed care in any county other than Allegany, Cortland, Dutchess, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Putnam, Xxxxxx, Otsego, Schenectady, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Ulster, Washington, or Xxxxx, for expenditures associated with dates of service on or before March 31, 2014 [TANF Child].

Demonstration Population 1. TANF-Urban includes low-income families, pregnant women and children, and women who are eligible under the Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program, receiving health care services in the designated Central, Northeast, and Southwest urban areas of the state;

Demonstration Population 1. “New Adult Group” – EG consists of childless adults, ages 19-64, with income up to 133 percent of the FPL, and adults whose Medicaid eligibility derives from their status as a relative caring for a child, or a pregnant woman whose income is 116 percent through 133 percent FPL.

Demonstration Population 1. TANF Adults Thru 29-Eligibility Group (EG) consists of adults whose Medicaid eligibility derives from their status as a relative caring for a child, or a pregnant woman through 30 percent FPL.
