DEMONSTRATION SOFTWARE. Reseller may use multiple copies of each Product at any Authorized Location for demonstration purposes. Further, full-time representatives of Reseller may use copies of each Product in the field for demonstrations.
DEMONSTRATION SOFTWARE. MSP may obtain Demonstration Software from CA. MSP must complete CA’s then standard Demonstration Software order form and deliver such order form to CA for each copy of the Demonstration Software acquired by MSP under this Agreement. Demonstration Software may not be used by MSP for production purposes or transferred or sublicensed to any third party. Such licenses may only be used for demonstration and support purposes if MSP pays the applicable second level support fees and shall be subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions of this Agreement. Such licenses shall be returned to CA in the event of any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
DEMONSTRATION SOFTWARE. During the Term, Cipherloc may develop and provide Reseller with Demonstration Software. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable EULAs, during the Term Cipherloc grants Reseller a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use any such Demonstration Software with potential Reseller customers in the Territory for evaluation, demonstration, marketing, promotional activities, and compatibility testing and analysis.
DEMONSTRATION SOFTWARE. Microsoft hereby grants Banyan a non- exclusive, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-transferable license to reproduce for internal use only at the Banyan Customer Solution Center(s) up to the number of copies of each Software Product listed in Exhibit C, together with a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non- assignable, non-transferable license to reproduce up to the number of Upgrades and Successor Products corresponding to the number of copies of original version of each Software Product identified in Exhibit C, on the following terms and conditions: -
