Demos. The purchase price for each Demo shall be calculated in accordance with the Triple Net Formula, except there shall be an additional credit in favor of the Purchaser in the amount of $0.25 per mile for each mile in excess of 350 miles recorded on such Demo’s odometer as of the Closing Date; PLUS

Demos. After hacking finishes, teams will show their projects to each other and to the judges. You are strongly encouraged to present a demo of what you have built. Pitches or presentations are discouraged. You are not judged on the quality of your pitch or the quality of your idea. As you are judged on what you built, you'll only hurt yourself by not showing a demo. You are encouraged to present what you have done even if your hack is broken or you weren’t able to finish. It's okay if you didn't finish your hack, that happens all the time! Completion is only one part of the judging criteria, so you might still do well. Also, demoing is not just about the competition. It's a chance to share with others what you learned and what you tried to build that's what hacking's all about! In the case that you don't have anything to demo, you can give a presentation about what you tried and what you learned. Hearing what other people learned is interesting and inspiring for other attendees. Judging Criteria Teams will be judged on these four criteria. Judges will weigh the criteria equally. During judging, participants should try to describe what they did for each criterion in their project. • Technology: How technically impressive was the hack? Was the technical problem the team tackled difficult? Did it use a particularly clever technique or did it use many different components? Did the technology involved make you go "Wow"?
Demos. NI and its wholly-owned subsidiaries may activate a reasonable number of copies of the Add-Ons, at no charge, solely for sales and marketing purposes, including demonstrations of the Add-Ons functionality to potential customers (“Marketing Purposes”). The terms of this Agreement shall supersede and replace the terms of any license provided with the Add-Ons as they may apply to NI’s use of the Add-Ons for Marketing Purposes. Provider hereby grants NI and its wholly-owned subsidiaries an irrevocable (for the Term), world-wide, royalty-free right to install, use, perform and display the Add-Ons solely for the Marketing Purposes. Such license grant shall automatically terminate upon the termination of this Agreement.
Demos. PBOS agrees to review PBMS Equipment demo or trial units requests on a case by case basis.
Demos. If Publisher wants to distribute a Demo it must obtain Microsoft’s approval as per the Publisher Guide. Subject to the Publisher Guide, Demo(s) may be distributed digitally or placed on a single disc, either as a stand-alone or with other Demos, and the suggested price of such units must be [***] or at a suggested retail price that does not exceed [***] or its equivalent in local currency. All rights, obligations, and approvals in this Agreement that apply to Software Titles will separately apply to any Demo. [***]
Demos. At least fourteen (14) days prior to the Microsoft Events, EA will deliver approved [***] Demo Versions (for guided demonstration) for [***] titles listed below: [***] (together the “Reveal Titles”). If any of the above mentioned Demo Versions is not available for a title as provided above, the parties will announce the Reveal Titles at the Microsoft Events instead. [***]. EA agrees to fully participate in dress rehearsals for the Microsoft Events, which participation will include providing the final Reveal Titles Demo Versions as described herein. EA agrees to provide [***] guided Reveal Titles Demo Versions for [***] Reveal Titles [***] at Microsoft’s E3 2013 booth and other Microsoft specified E3 venues [***].
Demos. Publishers are no longer required to obtain Microsoft’s approval to distribute a Demo. Section 7.8 of the Xbox One PLA shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with:

Demos. Upon Rapiscan’s request, IMX shall promptly provide and deliver to Rapiscan five demonstration units of the QSTM Private Label Products per fiscal year. The purchase price for such demonstration units shall be at a [*] discount from the QSTM Products Standard List Price. Rapiscan shall certify that such demonstration units shall not be resold; in the event that a demonstration unit purchased by Rapiscan is resold, Rapiscan shall pay IMX the difference between the prices stated in this Section 3.09, and the price Rapiscan otherwise would have paid.
