Judging Criteria. The Judges will judge all applications according to the criteria listed below (the "Criteria"). The Judges will select approximately 3- 5 Finalists: applicants will be judged on the criteria listed below. Finalists may be disqualified if they are unable to participate further for any reason, or if they are deemed to be ineligible to participate further in the Babson ePitch for any reason in the College’ sole discretion. Understanding that applicants are early-stage ventures, the College will evaluate applicants based on coachability and potential in the following areas: • Value proposition • Target market and industry represented • Milestones completed to date and timeline of future goals • Overall potential of opportunity • Backgrounds/roles of team member(s) • Financial Performance
Judging Criteria. The Panel will judge all entries according to the criteria listed below, each in light of the age and grade level of each participant:
Judging Criteria. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges chosen by Sponsor and the Houston Rockets, comprised of representatives from Sponsor, the Houston Rockets, and local Xxxxxxxx of Commerce (the “Judges”). The Judges will select four finalists based on the following criteria: (i) creativity, (ii) how Entrant plans to use the Prize, (iii) nature of the Business, and (iv) impact of the Business on the community. The decisions of the judges are final on all matters and may not be appealed. Businesses that conflict with exclusive sponsors of the Houston Rockets, as determined by the Houston Rockets in its sole discretion, are not eligible to enter or win the Prize.
Judging Criteria. A. The judges will score the squads according to the judging criteria on a 100 point system. The total accumulated point value will be averaged against the number of judges and technical deductions will be taken from the average score. In keeping with the proper role of cheerleading, emphasis will be placed on practicality of material.
1. Communication (15 points in cheer, 10 points in routine )
a. Cheer - 5 points for practicality of material in routine (use of signs, effectiveness of cheer and sideline chant words) and 10 points for voice inflection, eye contact, facial expression
b. Routine - voice inflection, eye contact, facial expression
2. Fundamental Skills (45 points in cheer, 50 points in routine)
a. Cheer - 15 points for motions (strong, sharp, arm levels, synchronization), 10 points for tumbling, 10 points for jumps, and 10 points for partner stunts/pyramids
b. Routine - 10 point for motions (strong, sharp, arm levels, synchronization), 10 points for tumbling, 10 points for jumps, 10 points for partner stunts, and 10 points for pyramids
3. Group Techniques (20 points) - 10 points for synchronization (group timing in motions, stunts, tumbling, jumps, and dance) and 10 points for formations and spacing (use of the floor, formation changes, and symmetrical spacing)
4. Overall Effect (10 points) - crowd appeal (choreography, continuity, transitions, and visual effect)
5. Sportsmanship (10 points) - the style the cheerleaders demonstrate, the squad should be enthusiastic about the material but should refrain from taunting or bragging gestures that are inconsistent with the squad’s ability to lead the crowd in support of the athletic team
B. For the routine division, a rubric will be implemented, and a copy of the rubric is available online.
Judging Criteria. The Entry will be judged based on the Participant’s creativity, originality/authenticity, and photo quality, as described above. The individual who best, in Dickey’s sole discretion, displays the criteria above, will be selected as the Grand Prize Winner. Dickey’s will announce the winner, via Social Media, no later than March 1, 2019.
Judging Criteria. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges chosen by Sponsor and the Houston Rockets, comprised of representatives from Sponsor and the Houston Rockets (the “Judges”). The Judges will select three (3) finalists (each, a “Finalist”) based on the following criteria: (i) originality of submission (1/4); (ii) creativity of submission (1/4); (iii) Company’s current needs (1/4); and (iv) Company’s current use of technology (1/4). If necessary, ties will be broken based on the Entry with the highest score in category (i) above. If the scores in category (i) above are identical, the Judges will compare scores of the tied Entries on the list of (i) through (iv) above, one at a time beginning with (i), until the tie is broken. The decisions of the Judges are final on all matters and may not be appealed. Companies that conflict with exclusive sponsors of the Houston Rockets, as determined by the Houston Rockets in its sole discretion, are not eligible to enter or win the Prize.
Judging Criteria. Appearance-looks like a good gumbo-roux color, medium chocolate brown.
Judging Criteria a. All valid Entries received during the Entry Period will be judged and scored on the criteria outlined below by an internal panel of judges selected by the Sponsor (“Judging Panel”). The Entries will be judged on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”).
i. The Entrant’s ability to share his/her story as an independent OPTAVIA Coach focusing on how XXXXXXX has led him/her to impact the lives of others;
ii. The Entrant’s ability to share specific examples illustrates how XXXXXXX has created a life of impact for the Coach and the lives of others (i.e., inspiration, mentorship, empowerment, improvement, education, support, optimism for the future, etc.);
iii. The Entrant’s ability to demonstrate impact and reach by providing specific examples of personal participation and involvement (i.e., family, friends, neighbors, school, workplace, community, etc.);
iv. The Entrant’s ability to align his/her story of impact with XXXXXXX’s mission of Lifelong Transformation, One Healthy Habit at a Time®;
v. The Entrant’s creativity and storytelling ability.
Judging Criteria. All valid Works will be judged by the Judging Panel based on the following criteria: (i) creativity (30%), (ii) originality (30%), and overall understanding of the theme (40%), as more fully described on the Open Brief Site. Based on the foregoing criteria, no more than five (5) eligible Creators with the highest cumulative scores will be selected as the Selected Creators to receive the Incentives.
Judging Criteria. Selection of Awardees will be determined by SI based on factors including creative and technical filmmaking and writing skill, viability of the submission as a premise for the final objective of the Project, and effectiveness. All decisions shall be final. The Program is not a sweepstakes or lottery.
